i hate rogers

no internet connection + unfeeling internet service providers = no blogging

I have had so many bad experiences with Rogers lately that I'm considering moving all my business somewhere else. In the last two months, I've lost my voicemail for weeks because of a Rogers technical error, spent hours on the time with technical support, and been subject to rude and incompetent customer service agents. Now I'm getting spam from Rogers on top of this. It is predictable but frustrating.
